Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 11, 2026
1. Who We Are
PixelVault is operated by NoLeemits. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the PixelVault web platform (pixelvault.noleemits.com), the WordPress plugin, and associated APIs.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Account information: Email address and name when you create an account (via Google OAuth or email sign-in)
- Payment information: Processed entirely by Freemius, our payment partner. We do not store credit card numbers, PayPal credentials, or other payment details on our servers
- Site information: WordPress site URL, industry, and configuration when you connect a site through the plugin
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Images generated, images deployed, API requests made — used to enforce plan limits and improve the service
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected through standard server logs
- WordPress site data: Post titles, categories, and tags sent by the plugin when requesting image matches — used only for image recommendation, not stored permanently
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service — account management, image generation, deployment, and sync tracking
- To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse
- To improve image matching and recommendation quality
- To communicate important updates about the Service (not marketing; we do not send promotional emails)
- To comply with legal obligations where required
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Freemius — for payment processing and license management
- Supabase — for authentication and database hosting (data stored in their SOC 2-compliant infrastructure)
- Cloudflare — for image CDN delivery and DDoS protection
- AI model providers (fal.ai, Google) — prompt text is sent for image generation; no personal data is included in prompts
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NoLeemits, our users, or the public.
5. Data Storage & Security
Account data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Images are stored on Cloudflare R2 and served via CDN. API keys are stored as salted SHA-256 hashes — we cannot recover your original key. All connections to our API and dashboard use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images remain in the library unless manually deleted. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days. Images already deployed to your WordPress sites are not affected by account deletion — they remain on your servers.
7. Cookies & Tracking
The PixelVault dashboard uses essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile user behavior. No data is shared with ad networks.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to certain types of data processing
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@noleemits.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
PixelVault is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
10. International Data Transfers
Our infrastructure spans multiple regions (Supabase, Cloudflare, Hetzner). By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in these locations. We ensure that all providers meet reasonable data protection standards.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or via email. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
