1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PixelVault (“the Service”), operated by NoLeemits (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to the PixelVault web platform at pixelvault.noleemits.com, the PixelVault WordPress plugin, and any associated APIs.

2. Description of Service

PixelVault is an AI-powered stock image platform for WordPress. The Service allows users to browse, generate, and deploy images to WordPress sites through a web dashboard and WordPress plugin. Images are generated using third-party AI models and stored on our infrastructure.

3. Accounts & Registration

You may create an account using Google authentication or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys with unauthorized third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit abusive behavior.

4. Plans, Billing & Refund Policy

PixelVault offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Freemius, our payment processing partner. Payments may be made via PayPal or credit card as available through Freemius.

No refunds. Because the Service includes AI-generated content that cannot be “returned,” all sales are final. We offer a generous free tier specifically so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Generation and sync limits reset monthly. Unused allocations do not roll over. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the WordPress plugin settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Image Licensing & Usage Rights

Images generated through PixelVault or sourced from the curated library are licensed for use on your WordPress sites. You may use deployed images for commercial purposes on sites you own or manage. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense individual images as standalone assets (e.g., selling them as stock photos). You may not use images for unlawful, defamatory, or explicitly harmful purposes.

AI-generated images are created using third-party models. While we make every effort to ensure quality and originality, we do not guarantee that generated images will not resemble existing works.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically extract the image library outside of the provided API
• Share account access or API keys with unauthorized users
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If a change materially reduces the functionality of your paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The PixelVault platform, branding, interface, and original code are the intellectual property of NoLeemits. The curated image library is owned by us. AI-generated images created using your prompts are licensed to you under the terms described in Section 5.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoLeemits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Images already deployed to your WordPress sites remain on those sites, but you lose access to the PixelVault dashboard and API.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
